The Oscar winner, 46 was found dead Sunday morning of a drug overdose in his apartment. Close to 400 mourners attended the private service at the church of St Ignatius Loyola in Manhattan.
Spike Lee, Meryl Streep, Justin Theroux, Michelle Williams were among the mourners.
He was a great actor and he will be missed.
